Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doggu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Doggu is a growth automation platform that provides social media automation, WhatsApp messaging, AI voice agents, CRM, appointment booking, payment collection, email marketing, and analytics services for businesses.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or business entity per account unless on an Agency plan
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay
  • Free trial is 14 days with full access to your plan's features
  • Prices are listed in USD and charged in INR at the current exchange rate
  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Violate any third-party platform's terms of service (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's security
  • Use the AI features to generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without an Agency plan
  • Use the WhatsApp or voice features for telemarketing or harassment
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan

6. Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload
  • AI-generated content is created on your behalf and you own it
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
  • We do not claim ownership of your business data, leads, or customer information
  • You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service

7. Third-Party Integrations

Doggu integrates with third-party services (Meta, Google, Razorpay, etc.). By connecting these services:

  • You authorize us to access your accounts on those platforms
  • You agree to their respective terms of service
  • We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from the dashboard

8. Payment Collection Feature

When using Doggu's payment collection feature to collect payments from your customers:

  • You use your own Razorpay account and credentials
  • Payments go directly to your Razorpay account — Doggu does not process or hold your funds
  • You are responsible for compliance with payment regulations and tax obligations
  • You must provide accurate GST details where required

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance via email or Telegram
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service outages

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doggu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
