  • WhatsApp Business account data (via Meta Embedded Signup)
  • Google Calendar data (via Google OAuth)
  • Telegram channel data (via Telegram Bot API)

Business Data:

  • Lead/contact information (names, phone numbers, emails) stored in the CRM
  • WhatsApp message history between you and your customers
  • Voice call transcripts
  • Appointment bookings
  • Payment transaction records
  • Email campaign data and engagement metrics

Automatically Collected:

  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To generate AI-powered content for your social media accounts
  • To operate the WhatsApp chatbot and voice agent on your behalf
  • To process appointments and payments

  • Mautic — for email marketing (self-hosted, your data stays on our servers)

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on servers in AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region
  • Database hosted on Neon PostgreSQL with encryption at rest
  • All API tokens and credentials are encrypted using AES-256 (Fernet)
  • Authentication uses HttpOnly cookies with secure flags
  • HTTPS enforced for all communications
  • Rate limiting applied to prevent abuse

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

  • All personal data is deleted within 30 days
  • Business data (leads, messages, appointments) is permanently deleted
  • Connected service tokens are revoked and deleted
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including India's DPDPA 2023), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data (CSV export available in the dashboard)
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

We use essential cookies for authentication (HttpOnly, secure). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Doggu is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
